The hare's watchful long ears also fit the compliance-first promise (listening for what the rules require), and unlike the tortoise-and-hare fable, Tavi never naps: fast AND finished.

Now Tavi coaches every GetsMortgageNow launch from the start line to the finish ribbon, house key in hand for the borrowers who will find the site.

GetsMortgageNow is a website and marketing provider. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial adviser, we do not make loans or offer rates, and nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. Each client is responsible for their own licensing, NMLS and advertising compliance.
When did GetsMortgageNow start?
In 2026. We're a young company, so you won't see invented client counts or award badges here — just our prices, our process and labeled samples.
Who is Tavi?
Tavi is our mascot — a European hare, "The Fast-Start Coach". Hares are the classic fast starter, which is what we do for loan officers. Tavi appears in our guides and diagrams; Tavi doesn't give mortgage advice.

Where are you based?
We're a remote team serving United States (all 50 states + DC), working America/New York business hours.
