Who we are and what we are not
GetsMortgageNow is a website and marketing provider. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial adviser, we do not make loans or offer rates, and nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. Each client is responsible for their own licensing, NMLS and advertising compliance.
Services
We build, host and maintain websites and related marketing tools for mortgage professionals. Plans, inclusions and prices are on the pricing page and in your order confirmation. Our standard launch target is 5 business days (3 with rush) from receipt of complete kickoff information.
Your responsibilities, including compliance
- You are responsible for your licensing, NMLS records and for complying with advertising, fair lending, privacy, telemarketing (TCPA) and messaging rules that apply to you and your company.
- You (and your company's compliance team, where required) approve your site, ads, scripts and messages before they go live. Our compliance checklist is a quality aid, not legal advice.
- You confirm you have the right to use the content, photos, logos, reviews and contact lists you give us.
- You keep your account credentials safe and tell us about unauthorized use.
AI Engine terms
The AI Engine answers general questions from content you approve, collects contact details and books appointments. It is configured not to quote rates or approvals and to disclose that it is automated. You are responsible for consent to calls and texts, call-recording notices required in your states, A2P 10DLC registration for texting and each social platform's rules. Usage beyond included minutes is billed at the published rate. Carrier and registration fees are passed through at cost.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew monthly and can be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months at 15% off, with the setup fee waived, and renew annually unless canceled before renewal. Setup fees on monthly plans are due at kickoff. Ownership
You own your domain (registered in your name), your content, your photos and your leads. We own our design system, code, templates and know-how, and grant you a license to use them on your site while your plan is active. If you leave, we export your content and help you move your domain.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or infringing content; no fake reviews; no spam; no attempts to break or overload the service. We may suspend content that creates legal risk until it is fixed.
Warranties and liability
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated, the services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or loans.
Disputes and changes
We will try to resolve any dispute informally first — tell us and we will respond within 10 business days. These terms are governed by the laws of the state stated in your order confirmation. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for existing clients.
