Mortgage broker website design that explains choice, not just rates.
Independent brokers sell access to options. Your site has to explain that simply, show the brokerage's and each LO's licenses, and send every lead to the right person. That's what we build.
What the site must explain
Four questions every broker website answers
- Q1

What a broker does
A plain explanation of how a broker compares options from the wholesale lenders the brokerage is approved with — without naming lenders you don't work with or promising a better deal.
- Q2

Who you are licensed as
Company NMLS ID and state licenses on every page; each LO's own NMLS ID on their profile and in their footer block.
- Q3

How to start
One application that routes to the right LO, a booking link per LO, and calculators borrowers actually use.
- Q4

Why trust you
Real reviews per LO, a clear "how we're paid" explanation if your compliance team wants one, and an honest FAQ.
Lead capture
From "just looking" to the right loan officer
Visitors start with a calculator or a program page, answer a few questions, and land with the LO who is licensed in their state and speaks their language. The broker-owner sees everything.
- Borrower finds a program page
- Runs a calculator
- Starts the short application
- Routing picks the LO
- LO gets an instant alert

FAQ
Mortgage broker website questions
What makes a mortgage broker website different from a lender's?
A broker site has to explain the broker model (shopping wholesale options for the borrower), carry the brokerage's company NMLS ID and licenses plus each LO's, and route leads to the right LO. Lender sites usually focus on their own products and rate tools.
Should we list the wholesale lenders we work with?
Usually not by name: approvals change, and lender names and logos have their own usage rules. We describe the model and the programs instead. If you want named lenders, your compliance team decides.
Can a broker website show rates?
Only with your compliance team's approval and full disclosures; rates change daily and wholesale pricing is borrower-specific. We build without rates by default.
How do we explain broker compensation?
If your compliance team wants a "how we're paid" section, we write it in plain language from the wording they approve.
How are leads assigned on a broker site?
Each LO gets a personal link and profile; general leads follow your routing rules (round-robin, state license, language or source) in the shared CRM.
Can each LO have a personal subdomain?
Profile pages on the main domain are best for search. Personal subdomains or separate sites are possible as an add-on later.
What happens when an LO leaves the brokerage?
Their profile comes down, the URL redirects to the team page and their open leads reassign. Reviews on the company profile stay with the company.
How much does a mortgage broker website cost?
Own Shop is $229/mo plus $649 setup (waived yearly), with 5 LO profiles and $19/mo per extra LO.
How long does it take?
5 business days once the company NMLS record and at least one state license are in place.
Can we see a sample?
Yes: Quillon Mortgage Group is a fictional three-LO brokerage.
