Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-10-19

This policy explains what personal information GetsMortgageNow collects, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers this website and our services for loan officers and brokers. If you are a borrower who used a client's website, that client (the loan officer or company) is responsible for your information; we process it for them as a service provider.

Information we collect

We collect what you give us (name, email, phone, company, NMLS ID, licensed states, start date, messages and anything you type into our forms), information about how you use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address) when you allow analytics, and information from the services we use to run forms and bookings.

The interactive tools on this site (calculators, the compliance checklist, the ROI calculator and the application demo) run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to us unless you submit a form, such as "email my results".

How we use it

  • To answer your request, schedule calls and deliver the services you order
  • To send service messages, and — with your consent — calls and texts about your request
  • To improve the site (analytics only after consent)
  • To prevent spam and abuse (honeypot fields, timing checks and a privacy-friendly challenge)
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate: our hosting and edge network, our CRM and messaging platform (used to store and reply to enquiries), our scheduling tool, our team-alert tool and, after consent, analytics. They may use the data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information on client websites

For client sites we build, the loan officer or company is the business responsible for borrower information. We act as their service provider: we process it only on their instructions, keep it confidential and help them respond to privacy requests. Borrowers should contact the client listed on that site.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link and out of texts by replying STOP. You can change cookie choices with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete and port your information, and to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Use our privacy choices and data request page. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Client records: for the life of the account plus the period needed for tax, legal and dispute purposes. Analytics data: according to the retention setting of the analytics tool (we use the shortest practical setting).

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, restrict access to staff who need it and use reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your information has been exposed.

Children

This site is for professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes and contact

We will post changes here with a new date. Questions: use the contact page.
