Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this site and the client sites we build.
What we have done
- Keyboard access to every menu, drawer, search panel, tab and form, with visible focus
- Every overlay has a visible close button, closes with Escape on desktop and returns focus
- Color contrast checked across light, dark and every accent palette
- Text alternatives for images; infographics include their full text in the alt description
- Reduced-motion support: animations stop if your device asks, or via our accessibility tools
- An accessibility tool (button on every page) for larger text, higher contrast, highlighted links and reduced motion
- Forms with labels, clear errors and no time limits
Known limits
The 3D calendar ring and some decorative animations are visual extras; their information is also available as plain text lists. Third-party booking pages are outside our control. If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will provide the information another way.
Report a problem
Use the contact page (choose "Something else") and describe the page and the problem. We aim to reply within two business days and fix issues as quickly as we can.
How we test
Automated contrast and markup checks, keyboard-only passes, screen-reader spot checks and testing at phone, tablet and desktop widths, including 200% zoom.
