Partner program questions
How does the GetsMortgageNow referral program work?
You introduce a loan officer, branch or brokerage who needs a website. We contact them once, politely. If they become a client, we credit the referral as agreed with you in writing.
Do you pay referral fees?
Referral terms are agreed individually and in writing. If you are a settlement service provider (for example a real estate agent or title company), RESPA restricts paying or receiving things of value for referrals of settlement services — talk to your own compliance team before agreeing anything. We don't pay anyone for referring borrowers.
Can a branch manager set up sites for a whole team?
Yes — see branch & team websites, or tell us the team size on the form.
Do you contact people without their permission?
Please only refer people who are happy to hear from us. We contact them once and stop if they say no.
Can trainers get a resource to share?
Yes: our free compliance checklist and newly licensed guide are free to share with students.
Do you offer white-label sites for agencies?
Not at the moment. We work directly with loan officers, teams and brokerages.
How do I track my referrals?
Reply to our confirmation email any time and we'll tell you the status.
