Monthly plans
Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice; you pay through the end of the notice period. No long-term contract. The setup fee covers work done at kickoff and is non-refundable once the build has started.
Annual plans
Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months at 15% off with the setup fee waived. You can cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund if your site has not launched. After launch or after 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep the service until the end of the term.
Launch-date promise
When we confirm your launch date in writing, we commit to it. If we miss it and the delay is caused by us, your first month is free (credited to your account). Delays caused by missing kickoff information, your company's or compliance team's approval, domain transfers, third-party platform verification or requested scope changes do not count, and the date moves by the length of that delay.
Add-ons
One-time add-ons (for example logo kit, bio, Google Business Profile setup, rush) are non-refundable once the work has started. Monthly add-ons cancel like monthly plans. Small tweaks are free for 30 days after launch.
AI Engine
AI setup and training fees are non-refundable once training has started. Usage beyond included minutes is billed in arrears. Carrier and registration fees passed through to us are non-refundable.
