Sending a notice
Send a written notice through the contact page including: your signature (typed is fine); a description of the copyrighted work; the exact URL of the material; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What we do
We review notices promptly, remove or disable access to material that appears infringing, and tell the affected client.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court. We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the complainant files suit.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
